Hi this is Dishant from Mumbai and would like to share my experience of Harishchandra ghad trek done in April,09 in Sahyadris,Maharashtra.

The trek was organised by Camp Fire India , a very well organised group operating in Maharashtra by some very enthusiastic nature lovers and founded by a highly skilled Mountaineer- Arun Sawant.

It was in August , a few years ago that I packed my bags to set off to a destination I have always wanted to travel to - Austalia. For no reason that I can logically explain, I had always been fascinated by this country and had finally managed to plan an 18 day trip.

We made a trip to Ladakh last year in August/Sept. It was a much anticipated trip which lived up to all our expectations. One year on, i have never written or spoken about it - until now.

It was with great excitement that I got set for my work ... one bright summer day way back in 1999... because, after an early finish at work,  I planned to get to the Kanteerava Stadium in Bangalore to try my first bungee jump! It was the first time that Bungee Jumping came into India (Organised in collaboration with Ozone) and the excitement was palpable everywhere...
